My quest as an artist is to paint my feelings. My favorite subject is my beautiful daughter and my gorgeous baby boy. My daughter never seizes to touch me and amaze me. I am constantly trying to capture her inner beauty: her sense of wonder and imagination, her compassion and her impish energy. Now that I have a gorgeous baby boy I am thrilled to capture the love I feel for him and the character that is almost immerging in him. These two bundles of joy just fill my heart that I have to put them on canvas. In my landscapes I try to capture the feeling of being at a place. It might be the thrill of seeing a glorious sunset, or the peacefulness of observing people relaxing at the end of the day or a calming walk in the woods……. My abstract paintings are expressions of myself.
